Define ready before releasing the room

A room is ready for final construction cleaning when dust-producing work is complete, trade tools and debris are removed, permanent surfaces are installed, safe power and lighting are available, and access can be controlled after acceptance.

Check the closeout conditions

The superintendent and cleaning lead should walk the zone together before labor is released.
